【学習奨励費】給付予約者入学先の報告入力フォーム Online Submission of Enrollment Report by Reservation Holders of Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship

※今回の報告は、2024年5月から2024年10月までに入学する給付予約者が対象です。
※This time, ONLY for reservation holders whose enrollment date is between May 2024 and October 2024.

※2024年11月から2025年4月までに入学する給付予約者は2024年12月から2025年3月27日（木）までに提出してください。
※Those enrolling in a university between November 2024 and April 2025 need to submit between December 2024 and March 27, 2025.

学習奨励費の予約決定通知書をEJUオンラインのマイページからダウンロードしてください。
日本の学校に入学することが決まった方は、こちらのオンラインフォームに必要事項を入力してください。
Please download "Reservation Notice" from My Page on the EJU Online.
Please fill out this form and submit your status, after your admission is accepted by the school.

【注意】
※このフォームは日本留学試験を受けて、予約者に選ばれた人だけ入力してください。奨学金を申請するフォームではありません。
※大学院、留学生別科、準備教育課程、日本語教育機関に入学する場合は、予約者として学習奨励費を受けることはできません。
*You need to complete the enrollment procedures to your host institution in Japan.
*This form is only for the person who have been selected for the Reservation Program for the Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students.
*Students who enroll in a graduate school, preparatory Japanese language programs for foreign students, university preparatory courses, or a Japanese language school are NOT eligible for receiving the Honors Scholarship through the reservation program.
