2025年5月から2025年10月に入学する予約者は、2025年7月から9月12日までの間に報告をしてください。EJUオンラインシステムのマイページから「予約決定通知書」をダウンロードしてください。
日本の学校に合格し、入学することが決まった予約者は、こちらのオンラインフォームに必要事項を入力してください。
重要事項：
日本の学校で入学手続きを完了する必要があります。
このフォームは、EJU予約者に選ばれた方のみが対象です。
大学院、留学生別科、準備教育課程、日本語教育機関に入学する学生は予約者として学習奨励費を受けとることはできません。

Please download the 'Reservation Notice' from your My Page on the EJU online system.
If you have been accepted to a school in Japan and have decided to enroll, please fill out the required information in this online form.
Important Notes :
You need to complete the enrollment procedures for your host institution in Japan.
This form is only for individuals who have been selected for the Reservation Program for the Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students.
Students enrolling in graduate schools, preparatory Japanese language programs for international students, university preparatory courses, or Japanese language schools are not eligible to receive the Honors Scholarship through the reservation program.
